Diaz projects happiness and creativity in his teaching at Serenity Bali. Blending Vinyasa Flow, Budokon, Qigong, and Inside Flow making the dynamic fusion between mindfulness, movement, strength & challenge into his class. With a 500hr Yoga Teacher Training under his belt and his background as a choreographer, he brings his class to sequence the poses together like a dance to a whole new dimension. He'll guide your practice out of the box and set your mind and body to expand all sorts of possibilities. His class is rather fun, playful, energetic and funky at the same time.

MANO
Yoga Style:
Aerial Yoga
Mano Hara grew up in a small town in Bali and later moved with his family to Denpasar in search for a better life. At the age of 14, his friend introduced him to Martial Arts. He worked hard at the sport until an injury kept him from practicing for two years. In 1990, Mano began practicing yoga at Ananda Marga in Denpasar and enjoyed relief from his injury after one year. He tried Tantra Yoga and was then introduced to the Master, Shrii Shrii Anandamurti. He also practiced daily meditation techniques where he learnt from Ananda Marga. Since 2000, Mano has been teaching yoga in Bali and completed his training for aero-swing and aero-yin in 2016. He now lives the life he’s always dreamed of at Serenity Bali.

YOGI
Yoga Style:
Chakra Flow, Authentic Traditional Yoga
Yogi teaches a variety of yoga styles - Vinyasa, Hatha, Beginner Yoga and Meditation. He was first introduced to yoga in 1992 when he met a monk from India through his friend. A few years later, in 1995, he began his Yoga Teacher Training Philippines and completed in India. Yogi wants his students to know that practicing yoga isn’t just to help them stretch their stiff bodies, but also to help them change their entire lives for the better. He notes, “yoga can change the way you see things, the way you deal with situations, the way you think, and eventually how you live your life".

CHITRA
Yoga Style:
Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Detox Flow, Yin Sound Healing
Chitra’s passion for yoga started back in 2011. She realized how yoga changed her life - both physically and spiritually. From there, she decided to share her positive experience with others by becoming a yoga teacher. To learn more about yoga, Chitra travelled to India and completed her 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa in Mysore. Later on, she came back to Bali for a 40hr Fly High Yoga training at Serenity Bali. She loves to teach, and through teaching yoga she can lead and help others on their yoga journey and make yoga a part of their daily lives. For her, practicing yoga is a beautiful connection with oneself, while teaching yoga is a beautiful connection with others.

TAO

Yin Yang, Hatha, Vinyasa, Myofacial Release
Tao is deeply immersed in the practice of yoga, drawn to its physical and spiritual benefits that transform a routine into a profound way of life. He is an ERYT-500 with certifications in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, FluidUs Style, Fascia Fitness, and Myofascial Release, offering a wide range of techniques to support his students' health, happiness, and freedom.
Shaped by global travels and mentorship from diverse teachers, Tao brings a unique, integrative approach to his classes, grounded in integrity and clarity. His offerings are accessible to all, regardless of experience. With additional training in Embodied Trauma Integration, Tao holds space with compassion and care, supporting students on their path toward wholeness.

ASTRI
Yoga Style:
Acro yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga Healing
Astri was born and raised in Balinese culture, where Yoga is already a part of her daily practice. In 2010, an injury in her tailbone led her to deepen her practice in yoga. After 2-3 years doing self-practice, in 2016, she completed her 200hours with School of Sacred Art. She also accomplished her trainings in Yin Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Acroyoga, Thai Yoga massage and Fly High Yoga. The experience and tools that she has, she will share with you at Serenity Bali, in order to connect, bring awareness, explore, be safe, accept, and honour the body when it is in the present moment. Also, she is committed to providing extensive instruction and coaching, whilst motivating students to find inner peace and the path to their healthiest, happiest selves through powerful teaching plans. With it she holds a deep love and respect for the many arts of yoga, and all that they encompass.

QINO
Yoga Style:
Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yin Yang, Pranic Healing
Growing up overweight made Qino uncomfortable and not confident in his skin, which doesn't mean he didn't love himself, it's all about health issues. He has been practicing Yoga since 2015. It's a big life change for him. He started to understand that yoga helps him to embrace his confidence and to value himself not only for his physical body but also mentally and spiritually. For him repeating a couple of rounds of the classical sun salutation sequence A and B, is simple but so powerful as asanas (physical postures) to unlock the body from the unconfident feelings and also to warm up the physical body in a safe way. Now he is ready and would love to share his experience and expertise with others at Serenity Bali. Qino says "For me any kind of yoga style that you like, please do it with a humble attitude and positive intention, then you will meet your true teacher inside you, stay humble and be inspired!"

ELENA
Yoga Style:
Hip Opening Flow, Yin Yoga
Elena has 15 years of rhythmic gymnastics experience, which led her to seek a deeper connection with her body. Transitioning from professional sports, she found solace in yoga a decade ago. As a yoga instructor for 8 years, Elena now specializes in hip-opening flows and yin yoga, helping students unlock new motion ranges and release emotions in adaptable, welcoming classes.

MAX
Yoga Style:
Power Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, Hatha
Max has experienced the life changing benefits of yoga. He is passionate about leveraging the practice of yoga as a way to deep dive into the inner self. Max is teaching dynamic yet all levels classes. His classes feature creative and flowing sequences that strengthen the body, subtle themes to provide space to challenge the mind and breathwork to help create a moving meditation. You can expect to leave Max’s classes feeling relaxed, empowered, positive and wanting to return.

TAMUNA
Yoga Style:
Sound Healing, Hatha ,Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, Breathing Exercises & Yoga Nidra
Yoga has been a part of her life since December 2017 and has had such a huge impact that she is confident it will stay with her for the rest of her life. For the last four years, she has been teaching various styles of yoga. Now, she is truly grateful that she can share her knowledge and experience with others and help them on their yoga journey. Continous improvement not only students but also herself that is why she is one of Serenity's most outstanding teacher. She is big believer of sustainability, easily recognized from driving her electric bike.

SAMMY
Yoga Style:

Sammy is a yoga teacher, Birth Doula, and Pelvic Health facilitator, originally from the UK and now based in Bali. With over 7 years of teaching experience and a background in Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, Pre & Postnatal, and Tantra yoga, she offers a grounded, heart-led approach to movement and healing. After leaving a demanding career in Film & TV, Sammy began to embrace yoga as a way of life. She now shares her passion through nurturing classes, transformative retreats, and women’s circles—supporting others to reconnect with their strength, softness, and inner wisdom.

SASYA
Yoga Style:
Vinyasa and Yin
Graduated as a bachelor of psychology and a hypnotherapist, she practices Yoga as a physical and mental process. Her classes inspire a personal practice within a group setting to synchronize collective energy as a community.
Brigitta Sasya believes yoga creates an opportunity for personal growth allowing space to tune in and build a healthy relationship with ourselves. She teaches Yin, Restorative, and Vinyasa.

EDI

With magnetic smile and positive mindset is felt by all students who
take my uplifting classes. As a retired professional in the hotel
management industry due to mental and physical fatigue, I decided
to start my yoga journey in 2018. What initially was an intention to
restore myself on physical and mental levels later became a much
deeper yoga journey and lifestyle. I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yang
Yoga with focus on alignment, body mechanics and mind-body-
breath connection. As a lifelong student and teacher of yoga, my
goal is not only to inspire everyone of all ages and backgrounds to
start their yoga journey but be an example of health, happiness,
vitality and joy that comes with a mindful yoga practice.

MICHELLE

Michelle is an experienced 650h Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor.She found yoga as a way to bring balance into her life amidst the stress of the modern Western world. To her, yoga is a sanctuary - a space free of expectations, where the past and future fade, and only the present moment matters.
Her philosophy centers on making yoga an accessible path to personal growth and self-exploration, guiding others to uncover new layers of themselves in a supportive environment and walking beside them on their journey of self-discovery.

HELENA
Yoga Style:
Jivamukti Yoga, Vinyasa
Helena is from the Czech Republic and she has discovered yoga more than 13 years ago when she was traveling the World. Veganism and her passion for animal rights brought her to Jivamukti method.
Since 2019 she has been teaching classes and workshops in Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, Spain, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Kenya. Helena loves to create challenging yoga sequences, playing harmonium and chant mantras during the classes.
She was inspired and influenced by her teachers to whom she is forever grateful - David Life, Sharon Gannon, Juan Sierra and all other teachers that she met on her path.
