Serenity is proud to be the official ambassador of the 9th Kids' Yoga Day celebration, held on Friday, April 5. Kids' Yoga Day (KYD) is an international event that aims to broaden the understanding and ignite the passion for yoga in as many children as possible. The overwhelming response from children and parents to the International Kids Yoga Day was an inspiring start.
The day kicked off with an exciting Permaculture session where kids learned about various plants and their benefits then they went on an adventure of learning how to cultivate the Wheatgrass plant at Alkaline Restaurant following this, they enjoyed an energizing yoga and funsession guided by our instructors Astri and Bapak Daniel co-founder of Serenity. A highlight of the event was the opportunity for children to swim and play in the pool area.With a wide range of activities, our goal is to promote not only physical fitness but also mental and emotional well-being in children.
