Every mid-year, Serenity Eco Guesthouse holds a lively staff meeting to assess achievements over the past six months. The event is designed to provide an opportunity for each department to present their work, which is evaluated against the set targets. During the meeting, there will be an interactive Q&A session, where each team member can share their views, ask questions, and provide feedback, as well as a prize-giving ceremony. The atmosphere of the event is deliberately upbeat and fun, with the aim of celebrating the achievements made and building motivation for the next six months. Through this gathering, Serenity hopes to foster team spirit and inspire all staff to continue to innovate and achieve higher targets.

so nice seeing the whole serenity family together! i miss the vibes and the amazing vegan food at the alkaline restaurant so much. i was literally just stuck at my boring desk job, zoning out and playing THE Kid at THE BACK Game to kill time, when this post popped up on my feed. really made me smile seeing all your happy faces. hope you guys had a great mid-year meeting. definitely booking another trip to bali soon to see everyone!
